At Chronicles & Color, every item is created on demand and prepared individually for your order. This helps us maintain quality, reduce waste, and offer a wider range of historically inspired pieces without mass production.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only. We are keeping our shipping zones focused for now to ensure every order arrives perfectly.
We love our global community and plan to open shipping to Canada and other international destinations soon. Sign up for our newsletter, The Chronicles Dispatch, to be notified the moment we expand.
Delivery Times
Each order has two parts: production time (how long it takes to make your item) and transit time (how long it takes to reach you). Estimated timeframes for both are shown at checkout based on your product and location.
All U.S. orders ship with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. Faster service levels are available for an additional cost and will be displayed at checkout, where you can choose the option that best fits your timeline.
A Note on Framed Prints
Our Framed Ephemera Collective Prints ship in protective packaging directly from our production partner. Due to their size, framed prints cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses — please use a street address at checkout.
Address Changes
If you need to update a shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the change, but updates may not be possible once production has begun.
