Replacements & Order Support

Each item in our store is created on demand, prepared individually for your order. We do not accept physical returns, but we will gladly arrange a replacement if anything arrives damaged or incorrect.

This policy covers all products, including Framed Ephemera Collective Prints, Coloring Books, and all other items (apparel, posters, mugs, accessories).



If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of:

  • The product itself
  • The packaging it arrived in (especially if there is any visible damage to the box or wrapping)

Once confirmed, we'll send a free replacement. In most cases, you will not need to return the original.

What Cannot Be Replaced

Because every item is custom-made, we cannot issue replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
  • Disliking the fit, feel, material, artwork style, layout, or text choices
  • Minor variations within standard production tolerances

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Production moves quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed, but we will do our best if contacted right away.
